Dr. Sierra Jackson is the founder of The SJ Collective, LLC, where she brings a deep commitment to strategic program design, inclusive innovation, and impact assessment across STEM. With a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and a career spanning the federal government, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, Sierra helps organizations move from vision to action.

Her previous work includes serving as an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation, where she advanced national initiatives focused on STEM education, cross-sector collaboration, and broadening participation.

Sierra specializes in designing thoughtful, goal-oriented programs, facilitating culturally responsive STEM communication workshops, and leading evaluation efforts that highlight real-world results.
